2024年4月9日 京都グレインシステム株式会社（本社：京都市）、特定非営利活動法人LINK'S Group（京都府亀岡市） の協力のもと行った研究「Comparison of nutritional values for Dioscorea esculenta growth in a cultivated sub-tropical region and a plastic greenhouse in a cold region」がSouth African Journal of Botanyに採択されました。

に採択されました。

2022年9月22日 佐藤が第77回日本体力医学会で「1型糖尿病における中強度運動による遅発性低血糖の発症機序」というタイトルで発表を行いました。
2022年9月19日 4期生の瀬戸さんと行った研究「The effect of Dioscorea esculenta powder on PGE2 and COX-2 levels, menstrual pain and premenstrual syndrome in young women: a
randomized double-blind controlled trial」がNutrition and Health に採択されました。

2021年3月30日 学部2期生の木原君が中心となって行った研究「Oral chronic sulforaphane effects on heavy resistance exercise: implications on inflammatory and muscle damage parameters in young practitioners」がNutritionに採択されました。
2021年3月20日 オンライン開催になった第41回日本肥満学会・第38回日本肥満治療学会学術集会で佐藤が「肥満治療としての運動・スポーツ・身体活動の可能性」のセッションでシンポジウムを行いました。

2020年10月15日 JST主催の新技術説明会で佐藤が「アンチエイジングに向けた新規栄養介入・運動処方の開発」のタイトルで発表します。オンラインでの開催になります。
2020年6月 立命館大学の横川 拓海先生との共同研究”Dehydroepiandrosterone activates 5′-adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase and suppresses lipid accumulation and adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells”がBiochemical and Biophysical Research Communicationsに掲載されました。

2020年2月 立命館大学の浜口佳奈子先生、真田樹義教授との共同研究がInternational Journal of Environmental Research and Public Healthに採択されました。"Associations among bone mineral density, physical activity and nutritional intake in middle-aged women with high levels of arterial stiffness"
2020年1月 立命館大学田畑 泉教授代表として”高強度・間欠的トレーニング（HIIT）研究開発グループ”のメンバーとして佐藤が第22回秩父宮スポーツ医・科学賞の奨励賞を受賞しました。

2019年10月 神戸大学人間発達環境学研究科博士課程前期課程の２次募集が始まります。
2019年7月22日 名古屋工業大学の阿藤 聡先生との共同研究がExperimental Physiology に採択されました。「Type 2 diabetes causes skeletal muscle atrophy but does not impair resistance training-mediated myonuclear accretion and muscle mass gain in rats.」
2019年7月4日 大学院生(M2)の熊澤 陽香さんと多田羅 光樹くんがヨーロッパスポーツ科学会(ECSS) Prague 2019でポスター発表します。

2019年3月24日 神戸大学人間発達環境学研究科M1の多田羅光樹くんと行った "Aerobic exercise training and dehydroepiandrosterone administration increase testicular sex steroid hormones and enhance reproductive function in high-sucrose-induced obese rats" が Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology に採択されました。
2019年3月7日 愛媛大学の池戸 葵先生と行った” The effects of resistance training on bone mineral density and bone quality in type 2 diabetic rats" がPhysiological Reportsに採択されました。
2019年1月10日 佐藤が神戸大学若手研究者賞を受賞しました。

2018年10月12日 立命館大学スポーツ健康科学研究科の博士課程の吉居尚美さんと、藤田聡教授との共同研究で行った、”Effect of Mixed Meal and Leucine Intake on Plasma Amino Acid Concentrations in Young Men”がNutrients に採択されました。
2018年10月9日 下記の論文がFrontiers Physiology (https://doi.org/10.3389/fphys.2018.01373)に掲載されました。
2018年9月10日 McMaster Univeristy (Canada)のDr. Robert MortonとProf. Stuart Phillips と立命館大学の藤田 聡教授との共同研究で行った、"Muscle Androgen Receptor Content but Not Systemic Hormones is Associated with Resistance Training-Induced Skeletal Muscle Hypertrophy in Healthy, Young Men" がFrontiers Physiology に採択されました。
2018年5月3日 佐藤が筆頭で執筆した本(分担執筆）がELSEVIRから"Vitamins &
Hormones: The Role of
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in Skeletal Muscle" というタイトルで出版されます。
2018年4月11日 新年度のゼミが始動しました。大学院(M1)2名、学部3回生3名がゼミに入りました。

2017年12月2日 熊澤陽香さんが所属するタッチフットボール部は、東西大学王座決定戦「プリンセスボウル」で優勝しました。次は2018年1月3日の「さくらボウル」に出場します。
2017年9月16~18日 愛媛県松山市で行われる第72回日本体力医学会にて、佐藤が「身体活動・運動：トレーニングと大腸がん予防」のシンポジウムで発表します。
2017年9月8~10日 4回生の森下奈菜さんが、第86回日本学生陸上競技対校選手権に出場します。
2017年5月17日 佐藤の筆頭論文 ”Acute bout of exercise induced prolonged muscle glucose transporter-4 translocation and delayed counter-regulatory hormone response in type 1 diabetes”がPLoS
ONEに採択されました。
2017年5月17日 立命館大学スポーツ健康科学部の木戸康平君との共同研究 "Effect of resistance

2017年5月2日 川崎医療福祉大学の松生先生、立命館大学の田畑先生との共同研究"A mechanism underlying preventive effect of high-intensity training on colon cancer" がMed Sci Sports Exercに採択されました。
